location and building. room that was assigned to us was also very nice. the decoration of it in accordance with the style of the rest of the hotel. I read some reviews of the carpets, ours just had new laminate flooring. You can have everything from a chocolate with churros to some pinchitos, all very tasty. Zamora made us fall in love!
In front of the hotel there are some reserved spaces for parking while you check in, there were always cars parked, it was not respected even on holidays when the market was not active. cafeteria and restaurant service, we had read good comments about the restaurant, at least to us, considering how well I eat in Zamora almost anywhere, we did not find anything special, quite fair. Besides, there is not always service, at least twice, one dinner and one lunch, we were told there was no kitchen. We hired the New Year's Eve dinner there, staff, although very attentive at all times, was perhaps not very efficient. Despite starting at 9:00, it was 11:40 when they finished picking up the second one to bring in dessert. We got to the grapes, there was no need for such fairness.

Good location next to the market and close to the historic center and tapas area, comfortable beds and air conditioning! with the heat wave was very appreciated. We didn't have breakfast there so I can't comment on the services. staff was nice and helpful and room was very quiet and peaceful.
The hotel is in a very nice modernist building but the rooms and bathrooms are in urgent need of renovation. One of the showers had a completely peeling and rusty corner and should not be offered to guests until it is changed. The carpets (corridors, rooms..) are worn and stained so they should also be changed or replaced with something more practical and clean like parquet. The large curtains are in keeping with the style of the hotel but the rooms look smaller and gloomier because of them. To have 4 stars those details should be taken care of much more.

How spacious the rooms and big bed are, situation of the hotel, close to the center, day we arrived was Sunday and we could park the car near the hotel. reception staff was very kind and safe was not working and went upstairs to fix it.
worst thing is that the heating could not be regulated and it was very hot at night, we tried to turn it off with the bed button but it was impossible to lower the temperature, you hit the wall control and it was as if a temperature was already pre-set. floor was carpeted, bathtub had no screen but a curtain, something that for a 4 star hotel nowadays is something old and it didn't have a toilet brush either. ceiling had a crack that was not repaired giving the appearance of neglect. entrance does not have a ramp for suitcases you have to go up the stairs although it is true that there are not too many steps but there will be older people who do not like it.

The location of the property was excellent, just next to the center and close to the monuments, the Cathedral, and nearby cities like Palencia, Valladolid, and Tordesillas. Got great value for money and a brand-new family room that had most things necessary when we arrived. Loved the family vibe at the hotel.

Excellence of the staff and the location for visiting the castle and Cathedral and also nearness to shopping centre. Indoor market directly opposite as well.
Underground parking was cheap enough with the option of street parking a bit further away if wanted. All explained very well by staff. Restaurant was deserted but we had the menu of the day for 12.5 Euros which was very good and included a decent bottle of wine as well.
